Since formation of the Contact Centre in January 2025, I have held the position of Supervisor, managing a team of remote working operatives. Ensuring that all digital customer enquiries are contacted within the agreed 24-hour SLA and supporting the sales and marketing teams to maximise efficiency of sales consultants' time so they can focus on qualified leads.

Successfully launched and managed the first Bovis Homes development within the Yorkshire region, involving new house-types and new specification; Completing choices and upgrades appointments with customers maximising personalisation where possible.

Oversee customer handovers and follow up with after sales care. Maintaining the sales arena and 'street scene' to a high standard.
