I currently have 2 business interests, I have been a commercial estate manager since 2007, this would be anything from project management to carrying out planned maintenance and rent collection and have become an expert in my local region.
The other business interest I have is modifying and tuning high performance vehicles which has been going since 2014 (GAD Tuning North) which gives me self fulfilment in making people extremely Joyful with their modified vehicles.
I have worked as an estate manager since 2007 with Awan properties Limited.
since then I opened my own company where I was doing estate management, this started in 2017 and is still trading as CPMS North East limited.

At School I studied until advanced A levels in business & ICT
I have been awarded a BA hons degree in Business managment and economics.
I have completed an online course more recently as Comp TIA fundamentals (2021)
