Client-focused implementation delivery lead with over 10 years experience delivering end to end software implementations in a fast paced, client facing environment. I have a track record of running multiple projects, managing risk, scoping and stakeholders requirements.
I build strong client relationships and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and delivery outcomes. I work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery and have experience in project scoping and workstream coordination, using tools such as Taskray and Salesforce. I also integrate multiple products, both internal and third party via API.
