About

An experienced Technical Project Manager of 20 years, primarily delivering complex infrastructure solutions and transformations.

I enjoy delivering tangible products and solutions , from solution design , initial build, testing and final handover. I always aim to complete projects to how I would want them delivered to me.

I really enjoy building teams who are engaged, bought into the outcome and to have as much fun and collaboration as possible along the way. I want people, whether internal or a third party vendor, to feel valued and empowered in projects to ensure a great team bond and to always encourage and support them.

Coming from a server engineering and app development background I feel I can relate , empathise and understand solutions and designs in a way to present to non-technical colleagues and stakeholders.

I am also a firm believer in work life balance with a young family and also passions for music production and music community groups to offset and recharge away from being a full time IT manager.
