Welcome to my profile! I'm Michael, an IT Project Manager with a passion for websites, integrations, cloud and driving digital transformations across B2B and B2C landscapes. I use Agile, Waterfall, or any combination thereof, to deliver change that enhances user engagement and delivers profit. I am good at managing budgets, risks and delivering on-time (subject to any late changes of course!).

I love engaging with teams, senior stakeholders and external parties to build relationships which has helped to ensure plenty of success. I've achieved several big digital transformations - I get the big picture but I like engaging in a bit of detail too when needed (I put together a Kanban in Excel on my last project to upgrade 1,500 legacy VM's to Horizon).

In my role as an IT Project Manager, I have demonstrated expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex technical integrations. My experience includes leading the global launch of a website for an international clothing retailer, resulting in a substantial increase in followers and multi-million-pound profit growth. I have also successfully managed IT migrations, integrated new supply chain solutions and revitalised major retail operations.

• At Omorovicza Cosmetics, I elevated operational efficiency through a migration to the D365 platform and optimised e-commerce capabilities by integrating cost-effective solutions.
• At Motability Operations, I led a team that integrated new vehicle refurbishment processes, resulting in a £40m revenue increase and boosted client inquiries through continuous improvement initiatives.
• At Value Retail (Bicester Village), I launched the first online trading experience during COVID-19, driving significant income generation.
