I am 49 and have spent the last 14+ years working in the Travel and medical insurance sector Clients I have worked for are Saga and the post office travel claims. I believe in customer centricit and have exceptional customer service.
The last 14 years I have worked for the Collinson group claim settling and medical screenings for clients such as SAGA , BRITISH AIRWAYS and the POST OFFICE. I have also liased with complaint Resolving adhering to the FOS and FCA guidelines.
