Hardworking claims assessor with 2 years in the pet insurance industry following 2 years in the veterinary industry. Enthusiastic Spanish speaking individual with fantastic communication skills. Flexible and quick to adapt to new and changing environments.
Starting as a Level 1 Claims Handler in June 2022, I reached Level 2 in July 2023 and finally, reached Level 3 Claims Handler status in December 2023.
Worked as part of the Vet Portal team at ManyPets prior to automation, to process and add claims from the Vet Portal to PIO.
Previous experience in the veterinary industry handling claims for customers.
Started my Certificate in Insurance (CII) in August 2023 with a view to have completed all three modules by Spring 2025.
