I work as an outreach support worker and I really enjoy it I've been working for 5 years and I'm looking to see what else is out there I'm definitely after a new challenge.
I've worked with staff from sienna coat before and we all got on really well a great team.
I have my level 2 social care certificate and a diploma in counselling and am happy to progress further if required so to do.

To whom it may concern, my name is Gavin Paxton I'm 37 years old and currently work as an outreach support worker have been in the role now for five years and I'm egger for a new challenge I love how rewarding this job is and the posative difference and impact that can be made on people's lives.
I have also supported individuals with challenging behaviour and watching them change their mindset or focus on something posative in their life or goal to aim for.
I am finding that now would be a good time for me to progress in a different career path and to challenge myself.
I am a hard worker and always give 100% in any task I am given.
I am honest, supportive and helpful to fellow co-workers, I work well as part of a team, but I can also use my own initiative to carry out tasks.
I am a good time keeper and I am reliable.
