I have worked in care for many years doing different roles from care worker, supervisor, care coordinator, branch manager, registered manager, currently operations manager looking after five North East branches. I carry out IQA, deal with social workers, safeguarding team, local authorities, investigations, disciplinary hearings. Meet with the customers lots of various things.

I am looking to change my career, I am ready to make that change into something different.

I am very organised, self motivated, caring, hard worker and good with people.

I have completed NVQ level 5 in health and social care and leadership and management.

My experience is in the care industry however these skills can be transferred into different role.

I have done payroll, team meetings, supervisions, appraisals, investigations, disciplinary hearing, carry out 1QA's, support with meetings, write care plans and risk assessments, coordination, compliance, complaints.
