A flexible, enthusiastic and hard working individual with over 30 year’s experience working in kitchen environments including several hotels and pubs across the Cornwall and Devon region. I have an extensive skill set including teamwork, organisation and communication. I am eager to develop these skills further to utilise them in other ways.

January 2019 - August 2020 - Tor View Hotel
Duties consisted of assisting the kitchen team with food preparation. Keeping the kitchen clean and food stations, adhering to food and safety. I also help with stock rotation and storing deliveries away.
2016 August - 2013 January - The Palace Hotel
Duties included cleaning food preparation areas, keeping the storeroom organised, keeping work surfaces, walls and floors clean. Always adhering to health and safety, washing pots, pan and service plates and cutlery.
1997 - 2002 - Sommerfield Supermarket Torquay
Duties included keeping stock levels across the store, setting up and maintaining promotional displays, helping with deliveries in the warehouse and helping customers around the store.
