Am very easy get on with new people also willing to learn new skills I am very helpful. I was a factory working for 10 years at the same company from age of 16 Until 26. At same job I learn packing job for 2 months packing aero plane Parts into boxes and wrapping them up with bubble wrap.

I fettle metal casting Also done deburring on metal casting. My main experience was a 10 year mounter Which was cleaning up plastic waxes which was make from a machine.put waxes Onto runner bars then gets inspected go through to next process into dipping and foundry go into mental. I work on machine making waxes which was making sure They come out of die with out casting been damage or any defects.

Washing and grading potatoes at a company in Cressing from 2019 to 2022 I grade them to size on a baker line.we also sorted potatoes for packing and final finish go to customers.we did exports packing for customers round world. Dhg-2022 decontamination cushions,pumps,cables,mattress for hospitals making sure they all cleaned with tech care spray. Testing and repairing mattress, cushions,and pumps changing cells in mattress and cushions if they fail and fixing CPR and CPC and mattress base sheet change and cushions repairs like cells on pumps fixing rotator if needs one and circuit board change if pump faulty.

I am leader of decon and tell people what job there on in decon.it is all hospital equipment we work with.

Wax mounter - Maycast nokes - factory lane west halstead

Decontamination of cushions, pumps, cables and mattresses for hospitals, ensuring they are cleaned with tech care spray. Tested and repaired mattresses, cushions and pumps; changed cells in mattresses and cushions when they failed; fixed CPR and CPC; changed mattress base sheets; repaired cushion cells; fixed rotators when needed and changed circuit boards when pumps were faulty. Leader of decon, assigning people's jobs. Worked with hospital equipment.
