At MyDentist I was in charge of running the reception as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Whilst working here I learnt a lot of skills on how to answer phones, book and check-in patients, handle data and most importantly about data protection with patients among other things. On a daily basis I was in charge of opening and closing up, handling cash and keeping patients happy.

At McDonald’s I was in charge of running shifts smoothly and effectively whilst making sure during busy periods we were handling everything correctly. I dealt with customers on a daily basis whether that was face to face or via the phone, listening to them and help solve any issue that they had occurred. Whilst being a manager I was in charge of cash handling making sure it was all correct.
