I attended college at winstanley college and gained many valuable experiences there, for example I have effectively lead and coordinated group activities, provided clear instructions, and motivated team members to perform at their best. For example during practical exams in A levels, this was important as it’s necessary to get into university so it was a big responsibility, when others wouldn’t step up to the task. I maintained a positive team dynamic by keeping everyone happy and listening to everyone’s opinions, I demonstrated problem solving when different people wanted to do different things and could come up with compromises that suited everyone.
This made me an excellent leader and confident in the decisions I make.
