Project Administrator

12-month internship at an experiential agency, rotating within Live Production, Meetings & Logistics and Environments & Exhibitions providing the diverse skill set to excel as a project coordinator.

Administrative Support

• Key role supporting PM with project management and client & supplier liaison.
• Proactively preparing and managing key documents, files and reports.
• Assisting with Logistics and other teams across the agency.
• Live, on-site support on an international scale.

Project Planning and Coordination

• Supporting PM with planning, organising and progression of ongoing projects
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team meetings.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of briefs, guidelines and client objectives
• Researching key information or insights to support experiential delivery and proposal development.

Project Management

• Managing all processes, requirements, timelines and deliverables necessary to deliver unforgettable moments: e.g. film, design, animation, pre- & post event comms etc.

Quality Assurance

• Supporting with quality control across project assets and deliverables against client brand guidelines and the brief to ensure we are consistently meeting high quality standards.
• Proofing of project assets and deliverables to include the correct spelling and grammar, trademarks, branding requirements, imagery, weblinks, and content compliance.
