A self-motivated individual with a strong hard-working attitude to succeed. This hard-working attitude has always been the fundamental quality that has helped me achieve in all aspects of my life.
I demonstrated exercises in different scenarios, for example if the machine was faulty. I learnt how to train and tailor exercise programs to individual needs and wants.
During my time at BTEC sport I helped coaching at a schoolboy level. This is important as I gained experience coaching sessions with qualified coaches and used their experience to learn methods of teaching; after which I was assessed for three hours on the skills I gained.
I helped to assist in the strength and conditioning department, mainly helping with the recording of the data with lifts and sprint work. This was a very technical 18-week internship, where I was educated on the loading of players, the different modalities in training such as hypertrophy, power and strength.

This experience has strengthened my time management, communication, and ability to perform calmly under pressure. These skills that are directly transferable to a pastry kitchen where accuracy, organisation, and consistency are essential.

Working in an artisan bakery provided me with valuable experience in baking techniques, precision, and consistency. My responsibilities included weighing ingredients accurately, preparing doughs and batters, baking a variety of breads and pastries, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. This role developed my attention to detail, understanding of baking processes, and appreciation for producing high-quality products.
