About

I am a compassionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting others in both educational and customer‑focused environments. Through my role as an Apprentice Assistant, I developed strong communication skills, providing one‑to‑one and small‑group support while maintaining a calm, patient, and reassuring approach. I am confident working with diverse needs and adapting my support to help individuals stay engaged, comfortable, and focused.

I bring a strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and organisation, gained from managing busy classroom tasks and maintaining high standards in hospitality. I work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and remain composed in fast‑paced situations. Motivated to begin a career in healthcare, I am committed to delivering person‑centred care, supporting others with dignity and respect, and continuously developing my skills within a care setting.
