I handle customers delivering a personalised service tailored to their needs whilst recommending various products and styles enhance the customers' experience. I also handle transactions and help with stock replenishment. This role has improved my confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining strong customer service skills to consistently fulfill customers' experience.

In my role as a personal shopper, I accurately pick and pack customers online orders within a strict time limit and pick rate that needs to be withheld whilst ensuring high standards of quality by selecting fresh products and suitable substitutes using a handheld system to update orders. I also follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times. This role has boosted my ability to work under pressure by working effectively as part of a fast paced team also delivering great customer service when interacting with customers in store being helpful to fulfill their enquiries.
Volunteer at The Salvation Army Food Bank (Present)
As a volunteer, I help organise and restock shelves and storage areas to ensure smooth operations. I prepare and distribute food parcels to individuals and families in need, maintaining a tidy and safe workspace while supporting overall team efficiency. This experience has strengthened my teamwork and organisational skills and deepened my commitment to serving the community.
