I am energetic and talkative when I get used to the job, I’m a hard working lady determined to go up in the world! I want to work my hardest and hopefully manage my own pub one day
I supervised the unwin pub for 6 months last year, stepping in as acting manager for 2 weeks whilst the official manager was on holiday. This enabled me to to learn the most efficient way to run a pub/business. I was cashing up tills every night. Preparing the change box for when the till runs out of coins, I logged all hours worked by each member of staff so that the wages were correct. I helped with stock take, came in earlier for cleaning shifts and locked up and opened up the pub every day
