I am a highly experienced and motivated senior leader with extensive expertise across Quality, Compliance, Operations and Service Improvement within adult and children's health and social care. I have a proven record in transforming inadequate services, driving regulatory compliance across CQC, Ofsted, CIS, and CIW environments, and embedding strong governance frameworks that promote safe, effective and person centred care. My experience extends to leading multidisciplinary teams including Quality, PBS and Learning and Development and supporting organisations through significant improvement and change.
