Have lived in different countries enabled me to be very flexible and inclusive and cultural aware , and to incorporate in my integrative approach the relevance of attachment with the SMART goals of CBT and the use of PBS, PACE . BIRR all positive and acceptance tools identifiable with a supportive role model to scafold individuals to to address their needs and get motivated. I like to write and had some articles publicated in specialized magazines.

I am open and always eager to learn and apply tools and aproaches which enable me to walk alongside my clients. I am passinate about cinema and was granted a special professional recognition to use it in support of clients, resulting in a positive social changing.

I had my placement in complex trauma for adults abused as child, what have given me the courage and preparation to launch my own practice called AVENCA, and also deliver my work in different languages such as Portuguese, Italian, besides English and have clients in Portugal and Brazil. I have been tutoring qualification in Counselling since 2021, and writing for specialist magazines for the same period. I organized and published a cognitive book as a result of Creative Writing workshops for people living with Dementia.
