I have over 9 years of experience in nursing and over 10 years in a middle management position (Army). Likewise, I am confident that I possess the skills and qualifications necessary to excel in this role and contribute significantly to the development of your team. I started recently a voluntary activity with St John Ambulance, a well-known and very respected Ambulance service in the UK and over 30 countries around the Globe.

During my NCO career, I developed organisational skills, to be able to assist my commanders to the best of my knowledge. Being exposed in the Iraq theatre to real war, my problem-solving and critical thinking skills needed to be developed and applied at a very fast pace. My Army background makes me now a clear communicator, always providing the best advice, and short, but meaningful instructions to my team, delegating the tasks and checking if those were achieved accordingly and in a proper time.
By connecting effectively with all the team members, I will try to assess the situation in that care home and to see quickly which would be the good aspects and the aspects which will need to be adjusted. I will help the team to embrace the good changes and to lead them to higher achievements in our organisation.
