At the Greyhound (for 13 years) I was working as a waitress and bartender managing table plans and floor service. My primary responsibility include; excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers, mesmerising the menu including daily specials and drinks orders, to assist customers effectively and efficiently. It is essential to maintain a clean and organised workspace, handle cash and payments accurately, and address any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Additionally, teamwork is crucial, as communicating with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure timely service and making sure presentation of the food is 100% before leaving the kitchen. Familiar with food safety regulations, allergy requirements information and mixology skills.

In my current role at a newly opened coffee bistro in locksbottom, Artisan, I am responsible for providing exceptional customer service as both a waitress and a barista. I have received formal training in coffee preparation. This position has provided a smooth transition from my previous experience in hospitality, as I decided it was time for a new chapter in my life, as I still have a strong will and desire to work.
While I thoroughly enjoy my barista role, I'm currently seeking opportunities within a more established organisation that offers a faster pace working environment.
