Dedicated and passionate individual, committed to working hard and excelling in every role I take on
With over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have the developed the skills to deliver high quality service right from the beginning. Through a varied range of work experience, from lab work, to milking cows, to working as a chef and bartender, adaptability is one of my best assets. Organisation, teamwork, communication and problem solving are skills that I have developed from each of these jobs, and I take with me through my education and career
I am currently a third-year Anatomy and Human Biology student at the University of Liverpool. I have a passion for this subject and hope to continue in this field after finishing my degree.
I enjoy working with people, and for 4 years I worked as a waitress, kitchen porter and sous chef in a restaurant. This job provided me with a wealth of experience in customer service, teamwork and leadership. As the head waitress working with a group of young staff, leadership was an important quality to ensure things ran smoothly.
Teamwork is also an important in my previous job as a dairy farmer. I have worked as a farm assistant for 2 years, focusing on milking cows and caring for calves. Teamwork and organisation is crucial for this job.
I worked as a Teaching assistant for Jam Coding for 6 months, this is a job where I needed to work with children at an after school club. This also required both teamwork and patience and was a challenge that I really enjoyed.
I would describe myself as an enthusiastic and confident individual, and I enjoy being involved and taking up many opportunities. Being a part of the university anatomy society has allowed me to communicate with peers and share experiences. I am also part of the mountaineering club which allows me to connect with my adventurous side through hiking and climbing.
