Very experienced business leader with significant experience in sales, commercial practice, operations and turnarounds predominantly (but not exclusively) in the healthcare and HR environment. Recently re-engineered the operation of an established UK Employee Assistance Programme business on behalf of the PRIORY GROUP and then managed the successful sale of the business to market leader – OPTIMA Healthcare. I transferred with the business to Optima.
Before this I worked in the Middle East developing and expanding x 4 PRIORY GROUP private mental healthcare clinics, following 10 years managing a PRIORY GROUP mental healthcare hospital and 2 out-patient clinics in Scotland. Previously many years in leadership roles in businesses such as Ceridian, BUPA & Baxter Healthcare.
