I would setup Asite for the customer and their requirements and preferences using permissions and access rights and provide any advice, if applicable. Drawings can sometimes originate from my own site surveys and/or customer provided depending customer requirements and be project specific holding all relevant material. Another software I administrate is Fieldwire, a web-based sharing project management programme used by on site engineers to update drawings and documents.
Using the functionality, they can annotate and collaborate with office staff instantly and update any response, report or request.
