• One of the leadership team that scaled Inawisdom (a boutique AI house), leading to a successful trade sale to Cognizant
• Delivered Aramex’s (UAE-based global courier) first bespoke AI model which enabled a 40% reduction in inbound customer support calls
• Established Inawisdom’s data & artificial intelligence capability,

including teams, processes, roles & controls; doubling the team size in its first year

• Shaped and drove support for £100m national NHS digital innovation programme in primary care
• Shaped and created a Natural Language Processing platform using an open source development team recruited in Estonia
• Wrote the Metropolitan Police Service's strategy for the use of digital technology in policing
• Led a technology enabled change programme in the UK Fire Service,

saving 13% of back-office costs over two years

• Identified and planned operational changes at London's bus service, to provide savings of over £26m; as well as delivering the data for

“talking buses”

• Delivered a critical airline industry finance project in 40% of expected cost and 60% of expected time
