Highly motivated creative with background in illustration, design, photography, teaching and management. I currently teach digital art 3 days a week at Pinc College at campuses in Macclesfield and Manchester Museum.
I spent 6 years teaching at South Trafford College in Altrincham between 2007 and 2013. Beginning as my PGDE placement, this turned into a full-time position with responsibility for the first year Photography Extended National Diploma. However durning my employment there I taught across various courses and levels from entry to foundation degree.
I went on to complete an MA in Visual Culture at MMU, and still intend to move on to a PHD. I believe that this position would further support this goal.
I have very strong research, leadership and communication skills, passion for my subject and excellent rapport with my students.

Photography - both darkroom and digital.
Art History/Contextual/Critical Studies.
Illustration & visual communication.
