- Assumed overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of developments ranging from £25k to over £1million. Working to a high standards ensuring works were delivered on time and to budget, supporting a consistent scheme of delivery.
- Projects included demolition, strip out, new build and substantial reinstatement/ refurbishment works for modern & secondary industrial and office buildings.
- Directed planning, procurement activities including tenders, contract drafting and site management including CDM.
- Supported Senior Development Manager on a £6million CAPEX new build shell development for a pre-let with a large automotive company, addressing challenging ground conditions and delivering the project to a BREEAM Excellent standard.
- Worked closely with the internal clients (Commercial Director and Asset managers) lead consultants and several contractors delivering tenant ready proven results for the business.
- Responsible for full CAPEX/OPEX budget management control.
- Managed professional services frameworks ensuring efficiencies in resources and optimizing consultant's costs.
- Involved in business planning, working on long term plans.
- Working for a large organisation, working with stakeholders across the UK, exceeding personal KPI's.
- Formed part of the Embodied Carbon Working Group with internal stakeholders and the sustainability team.
