Support Coordinator/Support worker

During my time here I had two different roles. As a support coordinator I was responsible for coordinating day service opportunities for adults with learning disabilities. This involved being responsible for 7 members of staff within the office.

This included holding meetings, taking minutes, providing admin for the team as well as carrying out supervision and appraisals. I was also responsible for health and safety within the building, and all money and medication held on site.
