During my one year as a teaching assistant, This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. These skills have allowed me to connect with students and understand their individual needs to provide them with the support to help them thrive academically. The teacher and I prepared many fun facts that allowed us to pique the interest of the class and keep them engaged throughout the entire lesson.
