I am currently working as a legal assistant / paralegals at Carpenters Group , a law firm based in England. I approach life and all of its challenges with enthusiasm and perseverance, whilst striving to display commitment and a determination to succeed and deliver in an tasks which are afforded to me. I have a "can do" attitude and demonstrate a positive approach in integrating with others to help overcome tests and challenges.

I enjoy meeting people and take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with others and strengthening new relationships. I understand the importance of bringing the right attitude to work with me and always seek to be a positive motivating force as well as a good team-player.

I have worked as a legal advisor / legal assistant, which included providing legal advice on all areas of law whether the dispute concerns commercial property law, medical negligence, contractual agreements, lease agreements, tax, inheritance, wills & estate and trust, and many other areas of law.

Moreover, as a employment legal assistant I Provided Employment Law advice to employees and employers in non-contentious and contentious matters in Liverpool city centre, including Settlement Agreements and Employment Tribunal work.

This includes daily HR and Employment law advice to employer retainer clients under our Employment Solutions service, paid employment law advice and/or Tribunal claims for employers, paid consultations with employees about potential employment law issues and acting for employees (including grievances, Settlement Agreement negotiations, Acas Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal actions).
