Level 5 CIPD certified Human Resources Professional with significant experience in Resource Management, Employment Law and Advisory roles pertaining to the implementation/actioning of HR policies and procedures. A credible leader who uses their proven HR Resource Management knowledge, leadership and management skills to collaborate with Senior Business Leaders, HR Colleagues and Hiring Managers to implement a successful end-to end recruitment experience for managers and candidates alike. Worked with dedicated client groups encompassing a range of functions and professions, responsible for project-managing and delivering innovative recruitment campaigns which attract and assess candidates to appoint the right person for each role.
Able to forge and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels across the business and provide expert advice and guidance to deliver an outstanding HR recruitment experience. Experienced in contributing to and delivering Resourcing Strategies with a strong focus on Diversity and Inclusion and using data and MI to drive continuous improvement to ensure business objectives are met.
Several years experience working in UK Government, including the Government Legal Department, Food Standards Agency, Home Office and the Department for Work and Pensions.
Currently I am working for the UK Royal Household as a Recruitment Partner, where I lead on recruiting for all roles in Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse.
