After being made redundant in August 2020 from World Duty Free Dufry at Heathrow and Stansted Airports and then working as a COVID Marshal during 2021 in High Wycombe, I decided to relocate to the New Forest and I am now looking for my new career challenge in a beautiful part of the country with a more fulfilling life within the local community.
As you can see from my attached CV, I have over 19 years’ experience in the Travel and Tourism industry at senior management level, and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the right candidate for you.
As the Operational Customer Service Manager for the biggest Airport Retailer Dufry/World Duty Free, I have over 19 years’ experience working in various employee management and customer support and satisfaction roles at both Stansted, and Heathrow, including the flagship British Airways Terminal 5.
I am a highly driven individual, with strong interpersonal, communication, engagement, problem solving, and decision making skills.
