Customer-focused professional with over 10 years' experience delivering outstanding service across insurance, retail and customer-facing roles. Throughout my career I have built strong relationships with customers, resolved complex issues with empathy and professionalism, and developed a reputation for providing a high standard of care in every interaction. Although I have recently specialised in high-value Film & TV insurance claims, my passion has always been working directly with people.
Previous retail roles have given me experience in customer service, sales, stock management, cash handling and maintaining high store standards. I enjoy being part of a team, creating positive customer experiences and building genuine relationships with customers. As a mum, I am looking for a role that offers a better work-life balance while allowing me to return to a more people-focused environment.
