Family Law Student Adviser at BPP Family Law Clinic (Present)
Part-time role supporting solicitors in delivering pro bono legal advice on family law matters, including child arrangements, financial remedy disputes, and domestic violence cases. I review and analyse case papers, identify key legal and factual issues, and prepare structured client interviews to obtain further information. I conduct client interviews before drafting formal written advice letters outlining legal guidance and next steps in appropriate language.
