Prior to becoming a professional coach and Business Consultant, I spent over two decades working in the energy industry in various roles driving sales excellence and growth, improving service and bottom lines.
My underlying passion has always been helping individuals achieve their own goals and building high performance teams. I've always been interested in what motivates individuals and enjoyed helping them build upon their own strengths. I also believe it’s our experiences as a whole in and out of work that shape who we are, why we do what we do and how fulfilled we feel.
This is why I decided to train in transformative coaching - an holistic approach to coaching which goes further than performance and development coaching and helps individuals achieve sustainable changes.
I help individuals get really clear about their goals and to take actions that move them closer to where they want to be at work and in life.
We all see and experience the world differently and I am passionate about enabling individuals to do this in a way that is authentic for them, creating environments where everyone’s strengths are valued, challenging them to achieve their potential and who they want to be.
I am a professional coach, consultant and mentor. Prior to becoming a freelance coach and consultant I have 25 years experience as a senior business leader and strategist in the energy industry. I am recognised for excelling in B2B strategic sales leadership, turnaround, and new start-up growth. My strengths include developing innovative approaches and the ability to drive sales revenue, solving business problems, and igniting new start up business in the European energy market.
I am known for Integrating coaching proficiency seamlessly into professional endeavours, contributing to enhanced leadership, team dynamics, and overall organizational success. My expertise extends to P&L management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, with a proven track record of transforming underperforming channels and launching successful propositions.
