Hany has extensive experience in dispute resolution conducted in both English and Arabic. This experience covers commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as investment treaty disputes (under ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL Rules). Hany participated in multiple hearings before the High Court (Commercial Court) in London and arbitral tribunals.
Hany also has experience working in the legal industry in Yemen, where he participated in hearings before the Administrative Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal. Hany is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) at The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
