As a Vehicle Administrator, I am responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects related to vehicle preparation, invoicing to customers, maintenance, and stock management, My role is crucial in ensuring the business operates efficiently, meets all regulatory requirements, and remains in optimal condition.
December 2022- Present In my current position at TrustFord, I manage used car administration responsibilities for one dealership. This involves invoicing for customers, businesses, and other TrustFord locations, as well as overseeing the intake of used part-exchange vehicles into our inventory and ensuring they undergo necessary preparation processes.
Daily, I handle data entry using Microsoft Word and Excel, leveraging a strong understanding of various Microsoft Office applications. I also engage in regular phone calls with colleagues and a select group of customers, maintaining a consistently professional behaviour in all communications, both internal and external. My focus remains on delivering excellent customer care and service.Kerridge and vista were the main software used during this process

During my apprenticeship, I gained extensive experience handling various job responsibilities, particularly in the sales admin role. This included invoicing used cars for customers and other TrustFord sites, booking part exchange vehicles into our Kerridge system, and ensuring their preparation for safe handover to customers upon sale. Additionally, I managed new stock control, which involved sourcing vehicles from other dealerships, creating new vehicle orders on Vista, and arranging vehicle movements.
