I am an analytical and technology-driven graduate with strong problem-solving ability and experience leading digital transformation projects. I am proficient in using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, network connectivity and access, troubleshooting and process automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and operational performance. I am highly organised, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced environments.

I have strong experience in operation and technology, including designing and subsequently implanting a new IT system and digital phone system and subsequent monitoring and troubleshooting. I am also part of help designing and implementing a Company wide IT strategy.
