I am a highly skilled, self-motivated and safety conscious ProductionTechnician with City & Guilds Level II / III process technologies (0610)with 3 years of training on a COMAH registered plant. I am experienced in operating a process plant as an outside operator including Start-up and Shutdown of numerous industrial processes, performed to strict guidelines of Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as completing all plant duties and routines I have responsibility for all plant adjustments and rate changes to comply with Strict Production Targets, with a DCS understanding and knowledge. I exhibit excellent communication skills and I am a hard working team member who can think calmly under pressure and demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting, whilst showing Critical thinking together with sound judgement.

Job Description: Presently employed as a shift field Production Technicianapprentice on the COMAH registered LC1 Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) Melt-To-Resin polymer process plant at Alpek Polyester on Wilton International.

2023/2024
Apprentice Production Technician onsite at Alpek Polyester completing a Level 3 Science manufacturing Technician (ST0250) End point assessment(Synoptic Assessment Test, Vocational Competency Discussion and Scenario Case Study) from the Science Industry Assessment Service (SIAS)with a Strong Distinction result.
2021/2022
Apprenticeship with Alpek Polyester learning at Hartlepool College.
City and Guilds level 3 in Process Technologies (0610) covering;
1 of 3 nominees selected for apprentice of the year across all apprenticeship courses at Hartlepool College.
