LNDMRK: Partner | Creative Director - US/EU (2022-Present)

• Lead pitch proposals and project initiation - initial concept and narrative ideation, aesthetic direction, talent sourcing and contracting, budgeting, production, client stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee dynamic internal team, fostering culture of delivering excellence in every team project.
• Manage communication channels with external marketing teams, partner agencies, and PR / press network.
• Ensure a cohesive marketing strategy, aesthetic, messaging is maintained consistently across each deal.

• Source, secure and manage new business and deals from a range of cross-sector companies - examples include Porsche, Ray-Ban, Globe-Trotter, Mercedes Benz, Shein, Ciroc, Rapha, among others.
• Lead team business development; oversee new client outreach, CRM management, pitch proposals, deal negotiations, project planning, and fostering of key relationships.
• Maintain close relationships with agency’s roster of global artists and creatives.
• Initiate programme of identifying and signing talent to agency - both emerging and well-known.
