I recently have been working as a Head Sommelier as I enjoy wine as well as finance and this gave me an opportunity to do both. As a Head Sommelier I had to do all the financials behind the scenes, this included:

• pricing of the wines, negotiating with suppliers regarding price and supply, keeping up to date with wine trends to ensure the list was following the market changes, tracking spend per head, managing a team, continuous GP (Gross Profit) analysis to ensure the wines were priced correctly to give the best GP each month.

Completed my Masters in Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University with Merit.
