I’m a hardworking, adaptable individual with over two years of experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments. My time at McDonald’s has equipped me with strong customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities. Alongside that, working as an Evri delivery driver helped me develop skills in time management, route planning, and independent problem-solving, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Through these roles, I’ve mastered handling high-volume workloads, thinking quickly on my feet, and staying reliable in demanding situations. Moving forward, I aim to continue growing both personally and professionally, developing new skills in leadership, communication, and business management. My goal is to build a career that allows me to challenge myself, support others, and achieve financial independence while making a positive impact wherever I go.

I am a motivated and adaptable individual with experience in customer service, teamwork, team leadership, and logistics. I have worked as a Crew Trainer at McDonald’s, where I trained and mentored new employees, managed high-pressure situations, and maintained excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, my role as a Delivery Driver for Evri involved ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while managing logistics and resolving customer issues professionally.

I also completed work experience with Lee Valley Estates, gaining insight into the real estate industry and enhancing my organisational and communication skills. These roles have equipped me with strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, time management, and resilience.

I completed my A-Levels at Marylebone Boys’ School Sixth Form, where I studied Business, Psychology, and Government and Politics. These subjects allowed me to develop a strong understanding of business operations, human behaviour, and political systems, while also enhancing my analytical thinking, research, and written communication skills. This combination of studies provided me with a well-rounded academic foundation and sparked my interest in finance, decision-making, and leadership, which I aim to build upon throughout my university studies and professional career.
