Hi,
My name is Hayley, living on the coast of Lincolnshire.
I have been working at the same company for 17 years, starting from a warehouse assistant to customer services to warehouse manager. Sadly this is coming to an end due to redundancy.
Over the past 17 years I have learnt and developed many skills. These are answering phones and emails to customer enquiries, stock rotation, data entry, liaise with suppliers for ordering and deliveries, problem solving, working in a fast paced environment and working Independently or as a team.
I am also a voluntary secretary and treasurer. I have developed more skills such as, minute taking, liaising with contractors for essential maintenance and servicing of equipment, building a rapport with volunteers and customer, writing funding bids, fundraising, working to a budget, producing minutes and treasury reports
My passion is to treat everyone how I would want to be treated
