I am passionate about helping people and enjoy problem solving. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and have always enjoyed customer facing roles.
I also sell artwork and commissions in my spare time, I am a creative person who appreciates all aspect of art and design.
I have worked mostly in hospitality roles in my professional life, but I have also worked in retail and in a call centre.
Having worked in multiple customer service industries I have learned to be flexible and a very quick learner. I have a strong background in customer facing roles and have a customer service level 2 qualification.
