- Covering the front desk and interacting with parents, children, staff members and visitors
- Ensuring visitors were allocated the correct lanyards by checking for proof of DBS certificates or accompanying non-certified visitors through the school
- Assisting in the organisation of school photographs and arranging rotas to ensure all students had their photographs taken
- Ensuring registers were completed by teachers every morning and collating the numbers to run a report for the kitchen staff to prepare meals
- Telephoning the families of any children who were absent on the day who had not contacted the school to request a reason for their child's absence and recording it on SIMS
