- My role is to manage the New Homes business across seven offices.
- I am responsible for new business development and signing up new developments for my offices to sell, along with organising the marketing plans for each site.
- There is a large degree of prospecting, and occasionally cold calling within this role.
- I also account manage all the developers that we work with – including some of the largest housebuilders in the country such as Taylor Wimpey and Barrett David Wilson.
- Many of these accounts were high value.
- The key responsibilities are to ensure that the offices are meeting the sales/ referrals targets for each development, along with maintaining relationships with the developers that we are working for.
- I currently have 14 developments that I manage across my area.
- In February of this year, I was promoted to Senior Sales Manager.
- My area came top of the Connells Group for average exchanges across my area, and we ended last year with a profit of £875,000.
