My career has spanned education in all forms: primary, secondary, FE & HE teaching, advisory work, and course leadership. Alongside teaching I have taken a lead role in educational research (particularly in outdoor & healthcare education). My research has mainly used qualitative methods however I have been prinicpal investigator on 4 multi-method projects.
Other healthcare research has focused on participant voices in relation to healthcare treatment and educational initiatives. I am looking for part-time (up to 0.6FTE) work in a teaching, training or research capacity. I prefer to work in a hybrid style, taking advantage of the opportunities provided by occasional on-site working as well as the increased productivity of remote working.
I am prepared to travel for meetings and research as required.
