An experienced individual working in a customer service based, looking for a new challenging role to develop and grow my interpersonal skills with the customer service industry. Seasonal work at Thrope park, which included bag searching on entry for the guest to ensure safety and no prohibited items were entered into the park. Patrolling the park with the response unit to monitor the guest and ensure the rules are being applied to make sure everyone has a good day, and dealing with conflict and resolving this is a quick and effective manor.

Working as a team leader in Chessington, which involved managing and working within a large team. Games operator involved encouraging customers to play the games, to visit the stalls, rides and food area. Other duties included cash handling, cashing up at the end of the day. Completing regular stock takes. Operating and supervising rides. Carrying out safety checks on the rides before the park opens, organising paper work for payroll, giving customer service training to new employees starting.
