This consists of creating weekly rota's for over 20 staff members whilst communicating thoroughly with clients regarding the dates and times of their regular services. I also have to be able to work well under pressure, as sometimes we have to make last minute changes to the run of the day and must be able to provide any cover for any services disrupted due to staff sickness or any other last minute absences.
I also answer phone calls and deal with queries and any issues they may have as well as answering all email communications from new and existing clients. If our office manager was ever out of office, I would take over their responsibilities of running the office. Another part of my job is making sure the office supplies are always stocked. This included cleaning supplies for staff as well as general office supplies also. Alongside completing assessments, I work as a team to determine treatment plans as well as signposting to other services that can work alongside us to achieve the best possible outcome.
To conclude, part of my role was to complete notes on each client that I saw and upload them onto the prison system, giving me great knowledge of how the system worked and how my notes needed to be at a high standard at all times.
